DICKENS' WORLD - Theater in the School

As every year, we have the pleasure to see a performance in our school. This year, it's going to be about one of my favorite writer.

Born in Portsmouth, England in 1812.
He moved to Camden Town, a poor part of London at the age of 10.
Dickens began his career as an illustrator but the stories he wrote became far more popular than the sketches that accompanied them.
He is considered the greatest novelist of the Victorian era.
He died of a stroke in 1870.
