8th and 10th graders students have created an IGTV 30 seconds video explaining ONE CURRENT TOPIC proposed everywhere during this quarantine. They would use their ingenuity and creativity... to get rid of their inhibitions and practice their English a little more orally... They would be able to use the APP tool of their choice (such as Instagram, vivavideo, in shot, TIK TOK etc...)
The 12th graders have researched the differences between British and American English by creating videos and making oral presentations.
Here it is an example of an awesome video creating a draw my life:
How to survive in the forest... the tenth grade students have made a video with the format ¨Draw my life¨ where they have explained what they need to survive in the forest. Imagination, creativity and teamwork for such a cool result.
10th graders have worked on animation films created by themselves, where they have used stop motion and chroma. They have written their own scripts and the voices are their own. This way they work the written and the oral skills in the same project. Amazing videos..
If you want to see more videos have a look on the following link. You'll like them.
The eighth graders have made stop motion movies with the songs related to the slogan 2gether. They have worked on the lyrics with lettering and drawings. The results are amazing. They have work on them during 12 extra- ordinary hour in class. They have also created posters with the lettering as well as a visual thinking with the author's biography.
Have a look at the following link and you will see many more videos.
The Fortune 500 is an annual list compiled and published by Fortune magazine that ranks 500 of the largest United States corporations by total revenue for their respective fiscal years. The list includes publicly held companies, along with privately held companies for which revenues are publicly available.
They had to make a good choice in the Fortune 500 list and decide which company you were going to analize:
Here it is some of the examples... Hope you like it:
My students have made infographic posters with their favourite book and they invited Europe to create a common library where all students can share their favourite books. With the website https://panel.genial.ly and posted lately in a common Padlet, they will show you the result. It would be great how we all sharer love for reading! HAVE A LOOK on THIS PRESENTATION and you'll see what the students did. https://view.genial.ly/5dc7e4c5edcdd70f7ed20e66/horizontal-infographic-review-genially-sin-titulo

One more year the students of 8th grade participate in European projects. What do you mean by European citizenship o e mag your portrait have been two projects of three months each where students have had relationships with other schools in France, Poland, Italy, Ukraine...
What do we mean by citizenship? In this second project we've carried out the main aim of this is to raise awareness that citizenship helps foster the knowledge, skills, values, attitudes and behaviour that empower individuals to make informed decisions and take action to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century. Students work in videos, presentations, word clouds to show what they think about Europe.
One way to learn to make an oral presentation is to support us with a brilliant, interactive poster that helps us to capture everything we want to say orally. GENIALLY is a great tool where 8th graders showed their favorite series and movies. They worked on their sipnosis, main characters, their favorite scenes, prizes...etc. Click on each of the images and look for their interactive icons. You will discover the charm of each movie or serie.
